About Chloe

I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Rapid Transformational Therapy Practitioner, and Narcissistic Trauma-Informed Coach. I have supported hundreds of women worldwide to release Anxiety, Depression, premenstrual disorders, and other trauma-related physical and emotional symptoms — so they could reclaim a more embodied, confident, and authentic expression of themselves.

I came to this work through my own struggle. Diagnosed with clinical depression in my teens and living with chronic fatigue and overwhelming emotions for years, I tried conventional and alternative approaches but never understood the root of my suffering. That clarity came when I discovered subconscious and nervous system healing.

Although I trained in the medical field, a sudden experience of abandonment and betrayal while pregnant with my third child forced me to confront my deepest fears around safety, worth, and whether I could solely provide financially for my children. In that crucible, I turned inward — and this work found me. That experience shaped the way I now help women break toxic cycles, heal self-abandonment, and step into the purposeful life they were always meant to live.

Through my own healing, I learned that symptoms are not our enemy — they are messages from the subconscious guiding us toward deeper healing and self-remembering. As those layers clear, many women naturally reconnect to their intuition, feeling more spiritually guided, trusting themselves more deeply, and moving through life from a place of inner alignment rather than survival.

Looking back, I can see that much of my suffering was cyclical — what we now recognise as PMDD (premenstrual dysphoric disorder). By healing at the subconscious root, I transformed those patterns completely. What once felt like a life sentence now feels like a past life.

I spent my early career specialising in PMDD (premenstrual dysphoric disorder), helping hundreds of women worldwide heal at the root. Today, my work integrates subconscious reprogramming, nervous system reshaping, and inner child healing.
